The name V.A.-IQ is an abbreviation referring to the company’s over 30 years of professional history. The current company formation was founded by Peter Komm, whose professional experience went back to the operation of the large company ‘Iparterv’ (Iparterv Quality = IQ). With my joining in 2007, I had the opportunity to get involved in design processes where I could learn the tricks of complex electrical design over the years. I took over the company in 2014, inheriting it from my predecessors, keeping its name (VA-IQ) along with its professional standards.
By constantly monitoring the market trends, we have come to the point of introducing a new design approach and technology.
From then on, our design processes are based on BIM 3D (Building Information Modeling) technology, which aims to create a design model that is database-based and facilitates collaboration with co-designers. The essence of the process is to properly assess customer needs, finding common goals during concept design. During open and close BIM-based design with co-designers, information exchange and coordination of professional consultations are basis
for perfect construction plans. Our goal of database-based design is to produce documentation that greatly assists both the investor and the contractor in carrying out a cost-effective and well-implementable project.
